Terms of Service
Effective date: August 8, 2026
These Terms of Service govern use of Ida, a personal productivity application operated by Jordan Nissinoff ("the operator"). By using Ida, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Ida.
1. Permitted use
Ida is provided to authorized users for personal and internal productivity purposes. You may use Ida only in a lawful manner and only as described in these terms. You may not use Ida to break the law or infringe anyone's rights, attempt to gain unauthorized access to Ida or to any account or system connected to it, interfere with or disrupt the service, reverse engineer or copy the service except where that right cannot lawfully be restricted, or access data belonging to another user.
2. Account responsibility
Access to Ida requires an account. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. You are responsible for the information you put into Ida and for the services you choose to connect. If you believe your account has been used without your permission, contact the operator promptly.
3. Connected third party services
Ida can connect to third party services at your direction. Connecting a service is optional, and each connection is authorized by you through that service's own consent flow. Those services are operated independently of Ida and are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. The operator does not control them and is not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or conduct. You may disconnect a service at any time, and you may also revoke access directly with that provider. Handling of information from connected services is described in the Privacy Policy.
4. Service availability
Ida is under active development and is provided on an as-available basis. It may be modified, interrupted, suspended, or discontinued at any time, with or without notice. Features may change or be removed. No uptime, availability, or continuity of any feature is guaranteed.
5. Ownership
The Ida application, including its software, design, and content supplied by the operator, belongs to the operator and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. These terms do not transfer any ownership in it to you; you receive only a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable right to use Ida while these terms are in effect.
You keep ownership of the information you put into Ida and the information you bring in from services you connect. You grant the operator only the permission needed to store, process, and display that information in order to operate Ida and provide the features you use.
6. Disclaimers
Ida is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Ida is a general-purpose productivity tool. It does not provide medical, legal, financial, tax, or other professional advice, and it is not a medical device. Output generated by Ida, including AI-generated summaries and suggestions, may be incomplete or incorrect and should be reviewed before you rely on it. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of data, arising out of or relating to your use of Ida.
7. Termination
You may stop using Ida at any time and may ask the operator to close your account. The operator may suspend or terminate access at any time, including for a breach of these terms or where required to protect the service or its users. On termination, your right to use Ida ends. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including Ownership, Disclaimers, and this section, continue to apply.
8. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as Ida changes. The effective date above shows when they were last revised. Continued use of Ida after an update means you accept the updated terms.
